Retail Operations Management - Lead the team to provide retail operation and administrative support to both Boutiques and retail office. - Work with Boutique Managers to achieve sales budgets and implement action plans to achieve/exceed sales goals and KPI. - Act as a liaison in communicating between the Senior Retail Director and business partners such as landlord. People Management and Development - Translate the strategic business goals into concrete individual goals, monitor and assess to staff performance against their goals regularly to make sure the progress is on the right track. - Delegate the job to the team in an efficient and effective manner. - Provide coaching and guidance to the team to optimize efficiency.
- Min 10 yrs of relevant working experience with at least 4 years at supervisory level in luxury retail industry. - Diploma or university graduate in Business Administration or related discipline. - Accuracy on data management and analysis. - Proficient commands both verbal and written in English.
- Good leadership, Strong communication & interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of retail system (POS, CRM, Stock etc) and MS Office. - Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Detail-minded/ Well-organized/ Numerical sensitive/ Self-motivated and proactive.
